The thesis

Why this category, and why we are not first

Early pregnancy is a high-need, low-service window. Flo has more than 60 million active users and Peanut added pregnancy tracking in 2024, but neither is built around the first twelve weeks and its silence. We enter as a focused third option, with anonymity and a loss path built in.

This is a sensitive category. Moderation, privacy and clinical-safety review come before growth. We do not give medical advice.

The $100 million ambition

What a $100 million a year FirstTrimester would take

A scenario, not a forecast and not expected revenue. $100 million a year in revenue in three years is the ambition we are building toward. This is the arithmetic of it: how many paying subscribers that takes at three illustrative prices. FirstTrimester has no such traction today and nothing here is a promise.

$30 per yearpaying subscribers needed3.33M subscribers$60 per yearpaying subscribers needed1.67M subscribers$120 per yearpaying subscribers needed0.83M subscribers

Illustrative price points chosen for the maths. They are not FirstTrimester's pricing. The numbers here are a scenario, not results.
