Birth-preparation companion
Mamadue
A clearer daily plan for the weeks before birth.
Product thesis · October 2026. Planned experience, not a release announcement. Concept wordmark; final identity is not yet established.
Preparation without the promise of a perfect birth.
The final weeks of pregnancy bring a lot of advice, often spread across classes, videos and appointments. Mamadue's intended role is to make the next useful step clearer: a calm daily preparation plan, with room to adapt and a clear boundary around medical care.
The product is for birth preparation, not diagnosis, labour induction or a promise of an easy delivery. Birth outcomes depend on many factors that an app cannot control.
Who it is for
Pregnant adults in the final weeks before birth, using material appropriate to their pregnancy and agreed with their maternity-care team. Partners can support preparation.
Distinct from FirstTrimester
FirstTrimester is the separate anonymous early-pregnancy community concept. Mamadue focuses on preparation toward birth, not an all-pregnancy social feed.
A proposed daily rhythm.
Check in first
Ask about energy, comfort and whether anything needs the maternity team. The app should make it easy to skip a session or leave the programme.
Move within your plan
Short clinician-reviewed movement and mobility options, adapted to pregnancy stage and individual advice. No one-size-fits-all challenge.
Practise coping skills
Comfortable breathing, relaxation and birth education can build familiarity. They are not a guarantee of shorter labour or a particular birth mode.
Prepare together
Questions for appointments, partner support and practical birth preparation help turn information into a useful conversation with the care team.
The earlier research explored an eight-week framework. Its exact sequence and timings are editorial planning, not a clinically validated Mamadue programme. This page is a product thesis, not an exercise prescription.
The product thesis.
One manageable next step
A short daily structure is easier to understand than a large library of disconnected videos. The proposed experience combines preparation, education and practical support rather than promising that more exercise leads to a better birth.
Adaptation is the product
Symptoms, care instructions, changing due dates and early birth should change the experience. Missing a day must not be framed as harming the baby or failing at birth.
Safety before scale
Clinical review, contraindications, stop-and-seek-care guidance and evidence notes are launch requirements, not optional disclaimers. No clinical endorsement or validated outcome claim is currently established for Mamadue.
Business model
A paid programme or subscription is to be evaluated. Price, duration, trial and billing terms are not decided. No payment or clinical service is offered here.
What success would mean
A pilot should test comprehension, confidence using the material and appropriate escalation to care. Clinical outcomes require a suitable study; engagement alone is not proof of safety or efficacy.
A real category, with established alternatives.
Body Ready Method
Offers prenatal, birth and postpartum programmes. Its birth programme covers movement, positions and preparation with a partner. Its published marketing claims are not evidence that Mamadue will deliver the same outcomes.
GentleBirth
Offers pregnancy mindfulness, hypnobirthing and breathing content. Its site advertises a monthly subscription; final regional store pricing and taxes may differ. Mamadue must earn a place through clarity and adaptation, not a claim that no alternatives exist.
Neither competitor's revenue is disclosed in the public sources reviewed. A defensible category market size, growth rate and launch-country ranking have not been established. We are not converting pregnancy or birth statistics into an unsupported app-revenue forecast.
Evidence informs the limits.
ACOG advises discussing exercise with an obstetrician before starting. For healthy, uncomplicated pregnancies, its guidance supports regular appropriate activity and describes precautions and warning signs. That general guidance does not validate a particular app, a fixed daily sequence or a promised delivery outcome.
- Content must be reviewed by appropriately qualified maternity professionals before users rely on it.
- No prenatal pushing drills, breath-holding challenges or do-it-yourself induction content.
- Pregnancy and health information need sensitive-data protections, clear consent and deletion controls.
- Mamadue is the selected working name. Brand, domain and trademark clearance are still separate work.

Comparators, revenue evidence and advertising
What public evidence supports, and what it does not. Named comparators are not a claim of an exhaustive leader ranking.
What remains unknown
The birth-preparation comparators above remain distinct from medical care and from general pregnancy trackers. This pass did not establish reliable app-level revenue, MRR, marketing budgets or sufficiently certain advertiser identity for additional ad figures.
No reliable public marketing-budget figure was located for the comparators covered in this review. Ad counts are not budget estimates. Acquisition cost, conversion, retention and return on ad spend remain unknown unless separately sourced.
Research reviewed 27 October 2026. Reported company results, store-revenue models and subscription MRR are different measures. This update does not revalidate every older figure elsewhere on the page. Existing country-download context is all-app market data, not this category's demand. Any $100 million scenario remains illustrative, not a forecast.
